Joe Girard III Breaks NYS HS Basketball Scoring Record

He’s only a junior. Joseph Girard III is now the all-time leading scorer in New York State high School basketball HISTORY. The Junior dropped 44 points on Tuesday night vs a good Amsterdam team to pass Lance Stephenson on the all-time scoring list with 2,954 points.
With a free throw in the 4th quarter, Girard broke the 8-year NBA veterans’ record. He was also was able to help the Indians get past the Rams 74-68.
