FINAL4: South Carolina Preview
South Carolina is coming into the final four as just a #7 seed. They are the lowest seed in the final four and the road has not been so easy to go through. They beat teams such as Marquette, Baylor, Florida, and Duke! This is their first final four appearance ever and they will play the #1 seed out of the West, Gonzaga. Gonzaga has proved that they are legitimate contenders in this tournament. South Carolina has an exemplary defense as they are allowing just 64.9 PPG. They are also led by leading scorer, Sindarius Thornwell. The Gamecocks have all of the momentum in their favor by upsetting 3 top 25 teams in this tournament and it doesn’t look like they will slow down. They will need to use that momentum if they want to defeat the Bulldogs in Glendale on Saturday and advance to their first Finals game ever.
