DeSean Jackson Heads to the Sunshine State As He Signs with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Today the Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that they have agreed to terms with free agent WR DeSean Jackson to a 3yr $33.5M- dollar deal that includes $20 million guaranteed. He spent the last three years with the Washington Redskins; where he’s coming off a season where he had 56 receptions, 1,005 yards, and 4 touchdowns in an injury plagued season. He brings great speed and deep ball play ability for the Buccaneers. He will be on the other side of Mike Evans, which should be very good two-headed monsters on the outside with underrated receiver Adam Humphries in the slot. Tampa Bay has been making moves on the first day in free agency and these moves could make the Buccaneers the favorite in the NFC South. Fire the Cannons!
