Frank Lampard to Officially Retire from Soccer by Jake Martino

After 21 years, Frank Lampard is finally hanging up the cleats. During his years at Chelsea he won 3 primer league titles, 1 Champion League title and 4 FA Cup Championships.

In 2014, being the leading goal scorer at Chelsea, left for NYCFC in the MLS. He scored 211 times for the Blues -- 177 in the Premier League -- and won every major club honor, netting goals that in 2005 helped secure the club's first championship title in 50 years.

At NYCFC Lampard played 29 games scoring 15 goals total. Lampard received other offers from clubs, but respectively declined.

Former England international (106 caps, 29 goals). Lampard was a critical piece of the England squad from 2003-14, participating in Euro 2004 and FIFA World Cups in 2006, 2010 and 2014.
