Tuesday December 6th NBA Preview and Results/Standings from Monday By Andrew Martin
The NBA has 6 games going tonight with some very interesting matchups that might be worth a look. Here are my Key Three Matchups for tonight.
Key Three Matchups
Bulls (11-9) vs. Pistons (11-11): The Bulls have been looking like a high playoff contending team right now with their elite players on a roll. They go up against a Pistons defense that is second in the league in opponent points per game with 98 points. It’s going to be a tough one for the Bulls, but I think, with their stellar offense, they will pull out a tough one against the Pistons.
My pick: Bulls -5
Knicks (11-9) vs. Heat (7-13): I just have to say one thing, what happened to the Knicks?! They have a really good record so far this season and compared to last season, they actually look like a team that could make a run this year and try to make the playoffs. That road continues tonight with the Knicks going to Miami to face the Heat. I think the Porzingis vs. Whiteside matchups will be one for the ages If I had to pick one of the two, I would go Porzingis tonight with a Heat defense that is ranked near the bottom of the league in opponent 3PT%.
My pick (surprisingly): Knicks -3
Spurs (17-4) vs. Timberwolves (6-14): On paper, the Spurs will probably blow out the Timberwolves. The Spurs are undefeated in away games and they will totally obliterate the Timberwolves tonight.
My pick: Spurs -12
