Monday November 28th NBA Preview/Standings and Results From Sunday by Andrew Martin
The NBA has 7 games going tonight following Thanksgiving weekend and my Key Three Matchups are going to be some pretty good ones.
Key Three Matchups
Hawks (10-7) vs. Warriors (15-2): The red hot Warriors are playing the struggling Hawks tonight. Ever since their 6 game win streak early on in the season, the Hawks have lost 5 out of their last 6 games. With Warriors tonight, I think that slump is going to continue.
My pick: Warriors -9
Thunder (10-8) vs. Knicks (8-8): Is it me or are the Knicks actually doing decent this year. They have won 3 of their last 5 games and they were against some pretty good teams to say the least (Hawks, Hornets, Trail Blazers). It’s hard to bet against Russell Westbrook and Victor Oladipo, but with the Knicks looking good at home, I have to pick them tonight over the Thunder.
My pick: Knicks -3
Hornets (9-7) vs. Grizzlies (11-6): The Grizzlies are getting off to a good start this year. Mike Conley is playing really well and the team is winning against some very good teams, but there is one very important problem I see with them in this game. Injuries. The Grizzlies will be without star power forward Zach Randolph (personal) tonight. I think that the Hornets will get their revenge on the Grizzlies tonight in Memphis.
My pick: Hornets -4
