Indians Take 2-1 World Series Lead In Chicago by Camdyn Ames
On Friday night the Cleveland Indians shutout the Chicago Cubs 1-0. Nothing happened until the top of the 7th when Coco Crisp pinch hit for Andrew Miller. With a runner on third Crisp singled to right field to score the only run of the night. The pitching was dominant for both teams. Josh Tomlin started for the Tribe and went 4.2 innings allowing just 2 hits. Kyle Hendricks started for the Cubs going 4.1 innings allowing 6 hits and 0 runs. Game 4 will be Saturday, October 29th at Wrigley Field in Chicago at 8:00 p.m. on FOX. Cleveland will start ace Corey Kluber and Chicago will start veteran John Lackey.
